The Center for Learning & Development (CLD), a service division of Behavioral Health Institute, is a non-profit 501(c)(3) entity located in Waco, Texas. Our staff and team of consultants are dedicated to the pursuit of better strategies which support children through the challenges of learning. We are governed by an outstanding board of directors who bring to our mission their expertise and passion for helping struggling learners.
The Center for Learning & Development (CLD) has been funded through grants received from the Texas Office of the Governor's Criminal Justice Division and the Waco Foundation . Our primary focus is on the Grand Central Station program and the Rally to Read Reading Remediation program.
